The Warranty Administrator plays an important role within our parts and service team by ensuring payment is received from manufactures, vendors, and service contract companies due to repairs being made under warranty.

General Job Description

  • Partner with our parts and service teams to review work orders for accuracy and bill appropriate warranty providers.
  • Communicate claim status on work orders and with parts and service departments.
  • Ensure warranty claims are submitted to manufacturers and suppliers while complying to specific manufacturer or supplier guidelines (i.e. photos, videos, notes and other documentation needed.
  • Actively monitor claim status to ensure monies are received in a timely manner and identify any outstanding warranty payments.
  • Manage claim shortages from manufacturer or vendors and provide explanation to leadership on why claim is shorted.
  • Assist in obtaining technical documentation and diagram from manufacturers on how to complete certain warranty repairs when needed from service teams.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and set production goals around the warranty claims process.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Candidate should have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous Warranty processing with RV, Auto or Power Sports preferred but not necessary.
  • Must have strong and proven writing abilities.
  • Highly developed communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure to achieve deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and within a team.
  • Willing and able to learn software systems.

  • Clean RVs inside and outside
  • Prep RV for customer purchase and inventory display

  • Housekeeping or car detailing experience is preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Clean Background check
  • May have prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
  • May lift up to 50 lbs


  • Position involves all aspects of repairing a recreational vehicle (RV)
  • Basic understanding of carpentry, plumbing, appliances, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair or overhaul/recondition recreational vehicles
  • Create work orders including parts needed
  • Plan work procedures using parts list, technical manuals and/or diagrams
  • Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and hydraulic systems
  • Repair or replace internal and external components including window, doors, drawers, flooring, cabinets and related fixtures
  • Examine or test operation of parts or systems to ensure accuracy of repairs • Produces timely and detailed service reports


  • Experience preferred but not a requirement
  • RV training will be provided
  • Experience in construction, automotive, plumbing, electrical or building maintenance helpful
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with clean, insurable, driving record

  • Assists customers in selection and purchase of required parts and/or services in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Provides excellent customer service by greeting and acknowledging all customers in a timely manner and ensuring that their concerns are addressed and parts are ordered.
  • Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
  • Works collaboratively with Parts Manager in setting up merchandising displays Maintains the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and enhance the customer's overall experience
  • Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work with parts team to reach budget and goal
  • Work with manufacture and distributors on parts ordering
  • Assist Sales department with cost analysis on customer added parts
  • Utilizing point of sale system to collect customer payment
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management


  • Prior experience with RV or Auto Parts preferred but not required
  • Effective interpersonal skills to establish and maintain constructive and professional customer relationships
  • Ability to effectively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their individual needs
  • Excellent organization, time management and follow up skills are required Willingness to follow department procedures and policies and work in a team focused environment
  • Basic computer skills and the willingness to learn dealership software programs
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with clean, insurable, driving record
  • Clean Background Check
  • Physical Demands: Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools Lift, move, push and pull 80lbs.
