Responsibilities:

  • Clean RVs inside and outside
  • Prep RV for customer purchase and inventory display
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Housekeeping or car detailing experience is preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Clean Background check
  • May have prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
  • May lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:

  • Position involves all aspects of repairing a recreational vehicle (RV)
  • Basic understanding of carpentry, plumbing, appliances, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair or overhaul/recondition recreational vehicles
  • Create work orders including parts needed
  • Plan work procedures using parts list, technical manuals and/or diagrams
  • Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and hydraulic systems
  • Repair or replace internal and external components including window, doors, drawers, flooring, cabinets and related fixtures
  • Examine or test operation of parts or systems to ensure accuracy of repairs • Produces timely and detailed service reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience preferred but not a requirement
  • RV training will be provided
  • Experience in construction, automotive, plumbing, electrical or building maintenance helpful
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with clean, insurable, driving record
  • Clean Background Check

Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes for all departments
  • Assisting in ensuring timeliness and accuracy of the financial statements.
  • Preparation of financial reports; preventing inaccuracies in financial statements by maintaining internal control systems and adopting proper policies for financial reporting.
  • Reviewing financial data periodically to ensure fairness and completeness of the data.
  • Process weekly payroll and file required payroll taxes
  • Human Resources tasks for current employees & new hires (Insurance, 401k Administration and other tasks as needed)
  • ongoing monitoring of actual spend against budget, as well as leading actions needed for any expected shortfalls
  • Conducting account reconciliations and analysis.
  • Prepare/enter monthly journal entries
  • Handles the company's monthly and yearly closing.
  • Assisting in audits.
  • Ensure the overall direction of Accounting/Finance/Operations.
  • Perform day-to-day hands-on activities and transactions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Banking, Invoicing/Billing, Project Accounting, customer credits and collections, Fixed Asset, Payroll, and Human Resource functions.

Requirements Education/Skills:

  • BS in Accounting/Finance
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent at organizing and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, advanced Excel skills a must!
  • 5+ years of previous experience
  • Clean Background Check
  • Must have valid Driver's License

Responsibilities:

  • Assists customers in selection and purchase of required parts and/or services in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Provides excellent customer service by greeting and acknowledging all customers in a timely manner and ensuring that their concerns are addressed and parts are ordered.
  • Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
  • Works collaboratively with Parts Manager in setting up merchandising displays Maintains the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards and enhance the customer's overall experience
  • Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work with parts team to reach budget and goal
  • Work with manufacture and distributors on parts ordering
  • Assist Sales department with cost analysis on customer added parts
  • Utilizing point of sale system to collect customer payment
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with RV or Auto Parts preferred but not required
  • Effective interpersonal skills to establish and maintain constructive and professional customer relationships
  • Ability to effectively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their individual needs
  • Excellent organization, time management and follow up skills are required Willingness to follow department procedures and policies and work in a team focused environment
  • Basic computer skills and the willingness to learn dealership software programs
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with clean, insurable, driving record
  • Clean Background Check
  • Physical Demands: Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools Lift, move, push and pull 80lbs.
