Wanted to let you know that Kahn and Josh (Idaho Falls store) gave us excellent service on Labor Day 2017. We called with a minor electrical problem. They were able to fit us in and send us on our way with no problem and were very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for your service. - Mick
We had a walk through on our new Newmar with David and Lucas (Meridian store). They explained everything on the RV and even shared their glasses to watch the eclipse. They were extremely patient while we asked several questions. They even help d us at the end to order the additional products we wanted. They were super stars!

We traveled to Meridian, ID from Farmington, New Mexico over the Holidays to visit our Mother. While there, we planned on looking at motorhomes. We had been looking for several months: Albuquerque, Kingman AZ, and Laughlin, Nevada. Looking through RV Trader, we saw that Bish’s had a 2017 Newmar Ventana at an excellent price. We were allowed to test drive the Ventana . I had previously driven a Super C at another dealership and let the Salesperson, SharAnn Hilscher, know that I enjoyed the Super C drive much more (though my wife loved the Ventana). I gave her a price on the Super C being offered at the other dealership and she returned with a much better price on the Super C that they sold.
During the test drives and the final sale, SharAnn would turn us over to another saleperson, Mitch Herbert. Both Mitch and SharAnn treated us with dignity and respect, without high-pressure except for lowering the prices. Mitch worked with the detail crew on the final turnover of the RV and made sure that we were satisfied because of our schedule to return to New Mexico, we kinda pushed their comfort zone in delivering the RV, and in retrospect I would have allowed them the two days they like to take to detail and inspect all items before delivery. All in all, a great experience with Bish’s. We are currently enjoying our new 2018 Jayco Seneca and continue to look forward to many happy days of RVing in the future. - Richard
It was my recent opportunity to visit your business and meet Shane Smith (Twin Falls location). It was great to have someone take the time to ask questions related to our goals. Shane showed us the models we were interested in seeing.We made our selection and purchase, with no hassle, push or influence. We have always received the very best service. Jon (salesman) is a great listener and very easy to deal with. The Hargroves’ (technicians) are the best and also the parts department. They were very helpful and gave us lots of their time. Don’t change anything, and keep up the good work! - Gary
