We purchased a new Jayco Jay Feather a week ago. There was only one item that needed attention. Harry took the trailer to the service department today. They went over and above to fix the problem. We have owned a total of 12 different rv's, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bish's. If you are considering a different RV, definitely check Bish's first. We stopped in just to look at a smaller pull trailer. We had a 40ft 5th wheel but since we are no longer traveling we wanted something easier to get into fishing and camping spots. A week into our 6000 mile trip, we had a concern about one of the tires on our 29 foot travel trailer. On our way to Glacier National Park we stopped at Gardner's RV where Mitch and Boone in the Service Department explained the problem and offered to put on the spare. I just communicated over the internet with Gaige Mower about a Nash 17k trailer and when I lost the connection I called Gardner's RV directly on the phone. The girl that answered connected me immediately to Mr. Mower so I asked a few questions about my purchase and Mr. Mower was extremely nice and informative. He gave me his time even though I'm currently 1800 miles away but I'm planning on moving to the Kalispell area next spring. Mr. Mower had great answers and filled me in on some things that I needed to know about.
Because of his politeness and genuine friendliness Gardner's will be my choice for this purchase as they have several models already in stock now....I just have to wait a few months before I can make all this happen.
THIS in part is why I want to now move away from the worst rat race you never-ever want to be a small part of and come enjoy a way better easy-going type of lifestyle nestled amongst some of the nicest people in the western US. When I was younger I spent all of my backpacking-camping vacations in the NW US states and Montana was always my favorite place as the one thing I noticed is just how friendly everyone was and I always said this is the place I want to retire in.

We recently purchased a 5th Wheel camp trailer from Gardner’s RV in Great Falls. Our sales person was Pat Murphy during the process. There were no pressure sales pitches from Pat and he answered our every question. I can truly say the people at Gardner’s were supper to work with. When we first stepped through the front door the receptionist ask our first names and through our whole time at Gardner’s she called us by our names and was super pleasant. We were introduced to the sales manager and the finance man during the purchase period.
After the purchase a time was setup so a technician could walk us through our 5th Wheel and explain all the operations of our unit. All questions were answered and everything was showed to us. There were a couple trim pieces that had to be ordered but all other equipment was working properly. Some adjustment had to be made to the king pin box for a better fit to our truck but that was taken care of and we were on our way.
From first setting foot in the front door to pulling out the shop door with our trailer we could not have been treated better. Everyone was friendly and cared out us in a special way. We were truly made to feel a member of the Gardner RV family. We have confidence in the future if we have any problems they will take care of us.

We found the used travel trailer model we wanted on line at Gardners. Hugh helped us from the first call. He went to the trailer to look and answer questions. He arranged repairs to be done before we got it and parts to get sent to our house. He helped when when things did not work out right. He calmed us when the title had issues with getting to the courthouse before the temporary plates expired. He really wanted us satisfied and went out of his way to have that happen.
